Susy Zepeda

SUSY ZEPEDA (Xicana Indígena) is the daughter of Mexican migrants from El Limón, Jalisco, and Chínipas, Chihuahua. In 2014, she joined the Chicanx Studies Department at the University of California, Davis. As a de-tribalized queer Xicana Indígena her trabajo is intentionally interdisciplinary, decolonial, and feminist in a community-centered and grounded way. She is rooted in and a student of Mexican Traditional Medicine. Find her on Instagram: @verdesusy.
